BEFORE WE BEGIN
Is 3D printing the same as resin casting?
No. Printing builds from a digital file; casting reproduces a form in a mould. A printed master can also be used to develop a cast award.
Will print layers be visible?
They can be, depending on the printing method and finish. Surface preparation and painting should be specified when a smoother presentation is required.
Can our slogan become the award?
Yes. We can develop dimensional lettering and review how the words connect, stand and fit into the presentation box.
What shapes the quote?
Model complexity, size, printing time, supports, post-processing, paintwork and assembly affect cost. For repeated quantities, compare direct printing with a moulded route.
