BEFORE WE BEGIN
Is crystal glass the same as acrylic?
No. Acrylic is a plastic material; these designs use manufactured glass. We specify the chosen material clearly and develop the shape, decoration and packaging around it.
Can any graphic be engraved into any glass?
Engraving results depend on the glass and process. We review the artwork and sample the selected method. Surface engraving and internal engraving are different processes; an internal design needs a separate feasibility review.
Can we specify K9 or lead-free glass?
Include that requirement in your brief. The exact grade and any composition claims need confirmation for the selected material; the word “crystal” alone does not establish them.
What should be resolved before production?
Overall dimensions, thin or vulnerable details, base stability, decoration, sample appearance and fitted packaging are reviewed together.
